Jennifer Bertetto
Jennifer Bertetto, President and CEO of Brand Motives, brings nearly 30 years of media expertise. She is also the Chairwoman of the Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association and a board member of the News Media Alliance. Jennifer is a steadfast leader, continually championing innovation and fostering growth within the industry. Jennifer also supports organizations like the National Aviary and various animal rescue initiatives.
Matt Miller
Matt Miller is the Chief Operating Officer at Brand Motives, bringing nearly 30 years of media and advertising experience to his role. He leads the company’s efforts to craft customized strategies that drive measurable success. With a focus on understanding each client’s unique challenges, Matt ensures every solution is tailored to deliver impactful results. He makes his home on a small farm in Washington, PA, with his wife and two kids.
Stephen Rydzak
Stephen Rydzak is a Marketing Manager at Brand Motives, bringing expertise in marketing and communications across higher education, sports, and nonprofits. He serves on the PONY League World Series board, managing marketing and sponsorships, and has held key roles at Washington & Jefferson College, driving enrollment and fundraising. Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from W&J.
Jenna Williams
Jenna Williams, Digital Manager at Brand Motives, brings over a decade of experience in sector-specific marketing across various sectors. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she is dedicated to crafting customized digital marketing campaigns tailored to each client’s unique needs, optimizing them for long-term success with a holistic approach. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys time with her daughter and her cat and exploring her passion for vinyl DJing.
Taylor Zanke
Taylor Zanke is a Social Media Strategist at Brand Motives, specializing in crafting engaging content and data-driven campaigns to elevate brand visibility and audience engagement. With a strong background in marketing, analytics, and client relations, she brings expertise in building innovative social strategies that deliver results. Taylor holds certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Hootsuite, ensuring cutting-edge solutions for every client.
Chris Yatcko
With over 25 years in publishing, advertising, and marketing, Chris Yatcko specializes in programmatic revenue growth, campaign strategy, and Google Grants for nonprofits. He has actively supported cancer-related charities, including Livestrong and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Since relocating to Pittsburgh in 2014, Chris has focused on bringing innovative solutions to the industry. His strategic insight and dedication to community impact make him a vital part of the Brand Motives team.
Dusti Phillips
Dusti has over 20 years of extensive experience in publishing and media, with a deep understanding of digital fulfillment, innovative marketing solutions, and successfully managing Google Grants accounts. In her current role, she focuses on digital fulfillment, tracking campaign results, overseeing billing, preparing detailed reports, and stepping in wherever needed to ensure success. Outside of work, Dusti enjoys exploring nature, trying new recipes, and spending quality time with her husband and son.
Jennifer Walters
Jennifer Walters is the Chief Financial Officer at Brand Motives, with nearly three decades of media and publishing experience. A Slippery Rock University graduate, she began her career at Philadelphia Newspapers and Marconi Communications before holding leadership roles, including CFO at Trib Total Media. Known for her innovative problem-solving and teamwork, Jennifer enjoys gardening, family time, and advising her Delta Zeta sorority sisters.
Lindsay Bock
Lindsay Bock is the Director of Marketing at Brand Motives, bringing over two decades of experience in strategic marketing and brand development. She began her career at the Tribune-Review in 2000 and has since become known for her creativity and leadership in driving impactful campaigns. Lindsay lives outside of Pittsburgh, with her husband, two daughters, a miniature dachshund, a cat, and a turtle, and enjoys beach vacations, reading, and yoga in her free time.
Jessica Jones
Jessica Jones is the Director of Research & Analytics at Brand Motives, combining expertise in psychology, marketing, and data-driven strategy to deliver impactful insights for clients. With a master’s in marketing and years of experience in market research and strategy, Jessica ensures campaigns are innovative, results-focused, and tailored for measurable success. In her free time, she enjoys creative DIY projects, exercising, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.
John Swiatek
John Swiatek, Founder of JMS Advisors, brings 30 years of experience across sports, entertainment, hospitality, gaming, and banking. Co-founder of the Washington Wild Things and The Mylan Classic, John has held top executive roles in horse racing and gaming, overseeing racetracks, casinos, and wagering platforms. A graduate of Duquesne and Robert Morris Universities, he also serves on several boards, including Community Bank and Washington Health System Foundation.
